A person weighing 70 kg runs for 45 minutes. MET for running: 8.3. Calories = 8.3 × 70 × (45/60) = 434 kcal. Cycling for 60 min: MET 6.8. Calories = 6.8 × 70 × 1 = 476 kcal.
