How does the calculator work?

The calculator multiplies the usable area by the base rate per m² (economy: 3,500 PLN, standard: 5,000 PLN, premium: 8,000 PLN), then adjusts the result by a regional factor. The shell stage is estimated as 40% of the total cost.

Calculation example

A 120 m² house in standard finishing in Masovian Voivodeship: cost per m² = 5,000 × 1.15 = 5,750 PLN; total construction cost = 120 × 5,750 = 690,000 PLN; shell stage ≈ 276,000 PLN.
