How we calculate the price per m²

Price per m² = total price / area [m²]. Or: value = price per m² × area.

Price per m²: 495,000 / 55 = 9,000 zł/m².

How is the price per m² calculated?

Divide the total price of the property by its usable area in square meters.

Why compare price per m²?

It lets you compare properties of different sizes fairly, since the total price alone hides how much you pay per unit of space.

Does the area include the balcony?

Usually price per m² uses the usable floor area; balconies and terraces are often counted separately or with a reduced factor.
