Calculator · ZUS
This calculator provides a simplified forecast of your future ZUS pension based on your accumulated capital, projected growth and expected payout period. The result is indicative — for a detailed projection log in to PUE ZUS with your trusted profile.
Projected capital = ZUS capital × (1 + 5%)^years_to_retirement. Expected life span after retirement = 20 years × 12 months. Monthly pension = projected capital ÷ payout months. The 5% growth is a modelling assumption — actual ZUS indexation may differ.
A 35-year-old with 100,000 PLN ZUS capital, 30 years to retirement. Projected capital: 100,000 × (1.05)^30 = 432,194 PLN. Expected payout period: 20 years × 12 = 240 months. Monthly pension: 432,194 ÷ 240 = 1,801 PLN/month.
