Training Leave Calculator

The training leave calculator helps you quickly find out how much you will earn during your study leave. How we calculate training leave pay

Hourly rate = monthly salary / (8 × 21.67). Daily pay = hourly rate × 8. Total pay = daily pay × number of leave days.

Example: salary 5000 PLN, 6 days training leave

Hourly rate = 5000 / (8 × 21.67) = 28.83 PLN/h. Daily pay = 28.83 × 8 = 230.64 PLN. Total for 6 days = 230.64 × 6 = 1383.84 PLN.
