Training Leave Calculator

Training leave (urlop szkoleniowy) is paid time off under art. 103¹–103⁶ of the Labour Code, granted to employees improving qualifications with the employer's agreement.

6 working days per exam session (part-time or evening studies); 21 days for thesis preparation and defence. The entitlement is uniform regardless of school type.

Hourly rate = monthly salary / (8 × 21.67). The multiplier 21.67 is the average number of working days per month under Polish working time rules.
